Returns & Exchange Policy
Please note that due to the customization of our gift baskets and cupcakes all sales are final. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on any of the products sold on our website.
Please be advised that all of our gift baskets are made to order. We will do our best to accomodate any requests for order changes. Requests to make changes to an order after it is placed, will result in additional fees and delays to your order being shipped or delivered on time. Any additional fees incurred for changes to an order will be sent in a separate invoice via email. The invoice must be paid in full prior to your order being shipped or delivered. Please note that we are not able to issue refunds for any order that is cancelled prior to shipping or delivery.
Damaged or Defective Orders
If your item(s) arrived damaged or if your order is fulfilled incorrectly, we sincerely apologize and will make it right. Please email us at email@example.com, start a live chat, or contact us with your order number and details within 24 hours of receiving your order. You will be required to send us a photo of the damaged merchandise, and we will issue a replacement for you right away. Please note that we will use the confirmed delivery date from the shipping carrier or our delivery staff to verify that your replacement order request falls within the allotted 24 hour timeframe.
Please note that sales tax of 7.5% is applied to all orders at checkout.
